Volunteering for us is a fun way to help the welfare of hamsters and is very rewarding.

We can’t do it without volunteers

Volunteers make a great contribution to the work we do to give hamsters a new home. This is a great opportunity to gain volunteer experience in a non-profit organization, as a wide range of volunteer roles are available throughout the organization.

What will I achieve?

Volunteering with us is a great way to meet like-minded people who share the same passion for animals. I enjoy interacting with and volunteers. There are many other benefits, such as:

• Acquiring new skills or developing existing skills
• Opportunities to try new things
• Doing useful and valuable work
• Gaining a sense of accomplishment
• Giving back to the community
• Gaining personal skills and confidence

Volunteers Acquire essential transferable skills in fundraising, campaigns, finance, team building, management, computer, animal care, and management. The list goes on forever.

Who can volunteer?

Anyone can volunteer. We respect diversity and encourage volunteers from all parts of the community. Teens and adults can volunteer, kids under high school age should have a parent/guardian with them if they volunteer. If you can’t volunteer, why not consider a fun fundraiser for us instead?
